One of the best spots in town!

Super fast service and the pho was delicious! And the Thai tea, too!

Awesome place! Love their combo fried rice!

I discovered this lovely place late this week and ended up going two days in a row. Everything is made with love and care; the people who worked there were also very attentive and kind. Thank you so much for making delicious food. I left here very happy and full, and grateful for the experience. I will return next week eager for lunch :)

I have been to many Vietnamese restaurants in town and I've decided this is my favorite. While other restaurants do one thing particularly well, this restaurant is well rounded and everything I've tried is good. Highly recommend!

Pho Kietzke has amazing food. They were quick to serve and the faculty were so kind and considerate. One of the kitchen staff was my waiter today and he was genuinely so courteous and respectful. The prices were fairly reasonable. Many people have eaten here regularly and think very highly of this place. I highly recommend that you eat at Pho Kietzke.

Pho is high QualityI can only speak to the take-out service, Pho dish and spring roll.Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately greeted with a smile, offered a menu and a place to sit. I told them that I was just ordering take-out, but they insisted on seating me to a table and offered a glass of water while I waited for my order. I appreciated the service. I waited for a total of 5-10 minutes for my 2 orders of Pho and 2 LARGE spring rolls (shredded beef/pork). It included silverware, chopsticks, napkins, oyster sauce, fish sauce, separate bowls for the broth, separate containers for the pho “stuff” and 2 springs rolls. The Pho broth was delicious, and I added the included jalapenos, cilantro, lime and oyster sauce for additional flavor. The spring rolls were large and full of flavor, but my particular palate didn’t enjoy the “shredded” meat. Next time I think I’ll order the normal shrimp rolls.

Place was very clean and service was excellent. The food was served in a timely manner. I ordered PUD Thai it was very good along with an order of potstickers and shrimp spring rolls they were out very fast. I took an order of PHO home for my daughter and she thought it was excellent too. I can recommend anybody on this put in this part of town to spend your time and money on a meal here.

They’re open at 11a now. I’ve had a good experience while eating here the last few times. The place is clean but a bit small, so I wouldn’t bring a big group of people in here to eat. Friendly folks

Great service and great food!!!!!

My partner and I came here in search of vegetarian pho (with veggie broth!) and we found it! The bowls are huge and filled to the brim, served with a plate piled with toppings. Docking a star because a tiny piece of meat ended up in one of the bowls, which is not the end of the world, but always a bummer.

Small quiet atmosphere, clean and simple. Large portions even for the regular size. Great flavor, tendor meat, lots of rice noodles, highly recommend.

They are very welcoming and kind people. The service was great, the wait was short and the food was amazing. Definitely would recommend!

I was tonight with my girl and we can say that it's really good service and the food was so delicious, prices are good, it's not cheap but isnt expensive definitely we'll be back in a close future.

Wonderful 1st experience getting take out. Friendly & welcoming staff, offered me water while waiting for my order. Ordered #44 tofu & veggie bun, & #5 veggie spring rolls. Both were excellent! Will be coming here again.

This is our favorite pho place to go. We live no where close to it and travel to get this. We just found out that Doordash now delivers for them. So that may be an option for us.Have been going here for years.

My favorite pho spot in town. If you know what pho is supposed to be, this is it with no shortcuts. The only place I've found in Reno that might fit in just as easily in the bay area. Highly, highly recommend.

First time trying this place ... I love Pho so thought I'd check it out. We tried their chicken spring rolls, braised sliced pork and sizzling salmon; all very good, tasty- flavor full. Of course we ate pho and deep fried prawns also good.When visiting in Reno will definitely come back to try more dishes. Although a smaller Restuarant (8 tables ) they were busy.

My new go to for pho restaurant. The quality of the chicken in my chicken pho is the best I've ever had. Very nice owners/staff.

First time in owner wait staff was very friendly I ordered chicken Pad Thai my daughter ordered wor wonton soup with steamed wontons food came fast was hot delicious only little thing that was wrong was the beef in the stew did have too much fat on it .tmThe pho is a little stronger than other restaurants in town but definitely has a good flavor that you go to definitely give them a try nice Vietnamese food

Went for lunch on a Tuesday. Orders got mixed up, service was slow, and all three orders of pho arrived with NO condiments. Not going back again.

Great service. Probably some of the best / friendliest service I have ever had hands down in this town. They are so enthusiastic about serving you food. The food was fantastic. Every time show up here I leave feeling full and and happy. They always put me in a great mood.

I've been two different Vietnamese restaurants and I can say now this is by far one of the best Vietnamese restaurant I've been to the workers are so respectful and the food is out of this world it's a great place to take your friends, family and mostly anyone will enjoy the amazing Vietnamese food

Quality food with service equally matched. My family and I had a great dinner and the price was fair. The owner was very humble and the waitress was very respectful and playful with my kids. Definitely coming back with the fam :)

They have the best spring rolls, order it with chicken and it comes out hot and fresh. The broth seems a little thin flavor wise, but it's decent. The rare steak and the meatballs were delicious! The service was average, but not terrible, the wait time for the food was average as well on a sort of busy night.

Me and my vietnamese wifey visit Reno o e more time and we couldn't resist not to go to Pho Kietzke.who ever wants to eat real vietnamese food should come here and eat. People are REALLY friendly and the old lady at cash register is so nice!!!! always with a warm smile. Unfortunately we leaving g tomorrow going back to Cali..I'll miss you guys. U all have a place in my heart...really nice people

The go to Vietnamese restaurant in Reno. Always amazing pho and incredible spring rolls with shrimp and pork — the peanut sauce is awesome.
